Lestat Book Coven Newsletter #12

Procure your copy now, before our discussion begins this week, and the second “Vampire Lestat” Live Chat begins June 29,2014 at 2pm. Eastern!!

Don’t let Lestat start without you!

Dear Members of this Most Esteemed, Articulate, Voraciously Inquisitive Coven-

Now, it is the week of June 22, 2014, and we are about to read a much more accurate account of Lestat’s life, and how things between Louis and Lestat  really were. I know all of you are trying to deduce what will happen in Prince Lestat, but you won’t know till October 28, 2014. No one will, thanks to the wonderful people at Knopf, who are making this forthcoming release equally as exciting for us Lestat fans, as the release of a new installment in the Harry Potter series.

For now, I only encourage you, if you haven’t already, to join your coven master’s Facebook Group Page for the Coven, and to please check out my self-designed  decadent Lestat crypt, which is a sub-page of the rather inferior Lestat Book Coven Meeting Room that originally served as your abode for your grand, conspiratorial meetings!

I have scheduled the second live chat, surrounding your favorite book of the Vampire Chronicles, to be June 29, 2014 at 2pm. Eastern, and you really should RSVP for this chat, or else you’ll never have the awesome opportunity to engage in intelligent discourse with your coven leader, and other fervent fans of the Vampire Lestat.

Throughout the course of our discussion of The Vampire Lestat,  I will also be filming comprehensive Vlogs to compensate for the fact that we are only doing four live chats for such a complex text as my novel The Vampire Lestat. Topics will revolve around American Transcendentalism, British Romanticism, absurdism, Nietzsche, etc. I will be sharing these posts on nearly all areas of the internet, where it is deemed suitable for your coven master to share these Vlogs with those who are interested in hearing them. Above, you’ll find an introductory video that should give you a good idea of exactly how these Vlogs will work. I invite all of you to please consider subscribing to this blog’s Youtube channel, so that you’ll always informed of new Vlogs!! A sample of one of my comprehensive, rather discursive Vlogs can be found above!!

***For all those that have been partaking in our chats either real-time (or afterwards by leaving comments on the videos themselves), you are eligible to win a signed, personalized copy of Anne Rice’s The Vampire Lestat. More details will be shared about this contest, on this coming Sunday’s live chat that commences at 2pm. Eastern (as you’re abundantly informed about).

You are all so wonderful, so devoted, so charismatic, so boisterous!! Best coven that any  vampire could wish for!!

Hope to see all of you soon!

Your honorable coven master

All those subscribed to my newsletter (via email) for the coven will always be told instantly where and when the Coven Live chats are first! So, if you haven’t signed up yet, fill out the form on the Lestat Book Coven Meeting Room Page
